Tester & Associates, P.C., was founded in May, 2006 with the goal of providing clients on the Western Slope and in other areas with a professional, local resource for their legal problems. As an alumnus of UCLA (magna cum laude) and having practiced in Colorado for nearly two decades, including with several major Denver law firms, Cynthia C. Tester has an impressive background and the experience to provide high quality civil law services for a wide variety of clients. Also, as an active member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, she is an accomplished litigator with experience in Colorado’s local, state, federal and appellate courts. Further, Ms. Tester was formerly an active member of the Colorado Defense Lawyers association. Thus she can quickly see both sides of a case matter objectively and discern through client consultation the best plan of action in any given matter.
