1. How do I get to your office? Turn onto Brush Creek Road off of Highway 82 as if you were travelling to the Snowmass Ski Area. Travel up Brush Creek Road for approximately 4.5 miles (passing through the round about and passing the golf course as well). Our office is located at 25 Lower Woodbridge Road. Turn right onto Woodbridge road, and then make another quick right to our office. Our office is an octagonal shaped building located just off of Bru(sh Creek Road. A pedestrian bridge on Brush Creek road) just precedes Woodbridge Road where you will need to turn. We are on the second floor, suite 201, just across the street from the Snowmass Ski area - Assay Hill ski lift.

2. Do you handle contingency fee cases? Depending upon the case and the facts, our firm may handle contingency fee cases. We determine whether to take a case on a contingency fee basis solely dependent on the circumstances.

3. What is your staffing situation like? We have an incredible staff, both in the office and out of the office. Due to our advanced IT systems, we have paralegals, typists and contract attorneys located intra-state (locally on the Western Slope and in the Front Range), as well as in other states. As such, we have a myriad of highly qualified personel who are able to work remotely from this office. Of course, we also have staff, para-professionals, attorneys and the like in the office who are able to work for you as expeditiously as possible to meet your needs.

4. Will your attorneys and staff be able to handle my needs on an emergency basis? Nearly always, we have staff and attorneys alike who are able to assist you on an emrgency basis, day or night.

5. Do I have to sign an agreement to retain Tester & Associates, P.C.'s services? By law, all clients must sign fee agreements as generally prescribed by the Colorado Rules of Ethics.
